Return Policy
If you purchased the item within 30 days and your order is still sealed from us, meaning it has never been opened, never installed, never used then ThePlazaStores.com will accept a return however we will charge a 25% restocking fee on the product price. All original shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible to ship and insure the item back to us at your own expense.
We state the manufacturer name and the model number for your research on our products page and we expect that you do your research before the sale. If you purchase an item incorrectly and you need to return it is a huge inconvenience for you as a customer and to us as a business. Extra time and man power is needed to send things through inspection (this is why we have a restocking fee) and it may take weeks before a refund is issued. So, please do your research online before you purchase.

All returns must be approved so, please use the "Contact Us" page to email us and get an RMA number.
Exceptions to this policy
Software will not be exchanged or replaced, even if it was never opened.
